Representatives of Midwifery Association Pakistan (MAP), Ms. Gloria, Treasurer, and Ms. Binish attended the two days meeting organized by IPAS and partner CSO in collaboration with the Government of Sindh at Movenpick hotel. The main objectives of this meeting were to address the vicious cycle of unsafe abortions through AAAP model Accompaniment Approach to Abortion self-care and to enhance the uptake of Post-abortion family planning. Highlights also included the contribution of Unsafe Abortions on maternal mortality, self-care, medication abortion, clinical aspects, side effects, complications, and post-abortion family planning.
