The Midwifery Association of Pakistan invites applications from qualified and dedicated individuals for the following positions:

1. Admin Officer

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and communication with board members and stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for MAP events, meetings, and training activities.
  • Maintain and organize documentation, records, and correspondence.

2. Finance Officer

  • Maintain financial records using Excel and accounting/financial software.
  • Prepare and track budgets for trainings and projects.
  • Process payments and ensure financial compliance with donor and organizational policies.
  • Support financial reporting and audit processes.

3. Coordinator

  • Coordinate and manage MAP activities, meetings, and trainings in collaboration with the team.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, presentations and project documentation.
  • Assist in drafting program and donor reports in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Liaise with granting agencies and stakeholders to ensure timely communication and activity follow-up.
  • Assist logistical support to the Admin and Finance Officer for event planning and implementation.

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree in the respective field (Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance).
  • Atleast 2 years of relevant experience in project management roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of accounting software preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
